Nowadays, many English lessons are taught using textbooks, dictionaries and boring photocopies with boring explanations. But you don´t need the best ICT for teaching in a better way. You just need a computer, a good PowerPoint presentation and a slide projector. Now, you have a sample for Bachillerato students (upper high school in Spain).
